Your adventure commences in the morning as our dedicated team escorts you from your accommodation in Fez. The initial segment of the journey takes you to the picturesque city of Ifrane, often affectionately referred to as the "Switzerland of Morocco" due to its distinctive European architectural style and alpine-like ambiance.

Following our visit to Ifrane, we continue our tour to the highly anticipated Cedar Forest of Azrou, renowned for housing a thriving population of Barbary macaques, offering a unique opportunity for wildlife observation and interaction.

Our drive then proceeds through breathtaking panoramic landscapes, leading us to Midelt. Here, we will pause for lunch break. After, we resume our scenic traverse through lush forests, natural springs, dramatic jagged rock formations, and traditional Berber villages, as we gradually descend towards the vast expanse of the Sahara Desert. This segment of the journey will include several brief stops, allowing you to rest, capture stunning photographs, and admire the expansive tree oases that punctuate the desert's edge.

Anticipated arrival in Merzouga in the late afternoon. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our seasoned guide and awaiting camels. After a brief period of relaxation, you will embark on an unforgettable camel trek, journeying across the mesmerizing sandy dunes of Erg Chebbi, timed to ensure your arrival just as the sun sets, casting an ethereal glow over the desert landscape.

After approximately an hour of trekking, we will proceed to our traditional desert camp. Here, you will have the opportunity to relax before gathering for a delightful dinner. The evening culminates with the enchanting melodies of Saharan Folklore music around a crackling campfire, all set beneath the dazzling canopy of the desert's starlit sky, providing a perfect conclusion to your first day.
