Following a satisfying breakfast, day two is dedicated to an immersive exploration of the Sahara Desert. We will spend approximately half the day venturing through smaller villages, allowing you to intimately discover the authentic desert lifestyle. Making an enriching stop in El Khamlia village, renowned for vibrant Gnawa music and where you'll have the chance to listen to this captivating Saharan melodies. Subsequently, we will visit Rissani to explore its significant monuments and delve into its intriguing historical background, including its ancient kasbahs. In Rissani, we can sample delicious local cuisine and explore a diverse array of natural products, such as Henna, rose water, and a myriad of spices. After lunch, our journey continues to Merzouga, the gateway to the dunes. Here, your camel trekking adventure across the breathtaking sandy dunes of Erg Chebbi will begin, culminating in a mesmerizing sunset over the dunes. After approximately one hour of trekking, you will arrive at our desert camp, where a delectable dinner awaits, followed by an enchanting overnight stay under the vast starlit Saharan sky.
